With a team led by Managing Director Massimo Domini and CFO Alessandro Lamura, SRI Group acted as buy-side advisor to Boato International in the acquisition of a 70% stake in Menestrina Srl, an Italian company based in Trento (TN) specialised in the manufacturing of machinery and equipment for bitumen processing.
With the acquisition of Menestrina, that becomes part of the group together with C.M.M., Boato International will reach €30 million in revenue by 2025 and aims to generate over €60 million in revenue with a double-digit EBITDA within three years.
